OK, we're hopelessly hooked on rice cakes. They're not dull and boring like they used to be. They're healthy and flavorful now. I just checked out the Quaker Rice Snacks website and found lots of yummy recipes waiting for us to try them. Hmmmm, now what to make first? I think I'll be snacking on Mediterranean Vegetables next week at work, and I NEED some South of the Border Dip too!
