I'm officially jealous. The neighbor's yard has 2 (teensy tiny) morel mushrooms in it. I have none. Waaaaah, this is no fair! (That picture is from a couple of years ago--just wanted you to see what they look like.) Maybe today?????
I know there is nothing that can compare to morels growing in your own yard... but if you're interested in trying to win some (2 lbs. to be exact), you can do so by submitting a mushroom recipe to the http://marxfoods.com mushroom recipe contest (the link is under the Kobe burger photo). I'll keep my fingers crossed that some morels will sprout in your yard!
