Ironing

So, today the girl tween found "new" clothes in her closet. (See, sitting in there doing schoolwork proved useful after all ;-) It's hand-me-downs that now fit. So, in a fit of industriousness, she cleaned older clothing out of her drawers and is ironing items that were not fit to be seen in. Yes, the child is doing all of this work. So I should turn into new clothing and beckon her to do chores, and she would run willingly to do them, right?
