Ephesians 6:14, 16 Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place....In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 

V. 1 O Christian, awake! 'tis the Master's command;

With helmet and shield, and a sword in thy hand,

To meet the bold tempter, go, fearlessly go,

Then stand like the brave, with thy face to the foe.
