Sung to the tune CONDITOR ALME L.M. (Sarum Plainsong)

Genesis 1:16 So God made the two large lights. He made the brighter light to rule the day and made the smaller light to rule the night. He also made the stars.

John 1:9 The true Light that gives light to all was coming into the world!

V. 1 Creator of the stars of night, 

Thy people's everlasting light,

O Christ, Thou Savior of us all,

We pray Thee, hear us when we call.

Phillipians 2:9, 10 So God raised him to the highest place. God made his name greater than every other name so that every knee will bow to the name of Jesus—everyone in heaven, on earth, and under the earth.

V. 2 At the great name of Jesus, now

All knees must bend, all hearts must bow;

And things celestial Thee shall own,

And things terrestrial, Lord alone.

1 Timothy 1:17 To the King that rules forever, who will never die, who cannot be seen, the only God, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen.

V. 3 To God the Father, God the Son,

And God the Spirit, Three in one,

Laud, honor, might, and glory be

From age to age eternally.
