Genesis 1:1, 3 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.  And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light.

V. 1 O Lord my God! when I in awesome wonder

Consider all the worlds Thy hands have made,

Thy pow'r thro'out the universe displayed,

Hebrews 1:1, 2 In the past God spoke to our ancestors through the prophets at many times and in various ways, but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, and through whom also he made the universe.

And hear the birds sing sweetly in the trees;

When I look down from lofty mountain grandeur

And hear the book and feel the gentle breeze;
