Exodus 20:9-11 "Six days you shall labor and do all your work, but the seventh day is the Sabbath of the Lord your God. In it you shall do no work: you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your male servant, nor your female servant, nor your cattle, nor your stranger who is within your gates. For in six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day. Therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and hallowed it."

V. 1 Don't forget the Sabbath,
The Lord our God hath blest,
Of all the week the brightest,
Of all the week the best;
It brings repose from labor,
It tells of joy divine,
Its beams of light descending,
With heavenly beauty shine.

Exodus 20:8 “Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy."

John 14:6 Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."

Revelation 21:6 He said to me: “It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. To the thirsty I will give water without cost from the spring of the water of life."

And worship Him today,
Who said to His disciples,
"I am the living way;"
And if we meekly follow 
Our Savior here below,
He'll give us of the fountain
Whose streams eternal flow.

Isaiah 58:13 “If you keep your feet from breaking the Sabbath and from doing as you please on my holy day, if you call the Sabbath a delight and the Lord’s holy day honorable, and if you honor it by not going your own way and not doing as you please or speaking idle words,...."

Ephesians 3:17 ...so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love,....
