Bible Verse of the Day

“If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.” (Romans 10:9-10)  listen to chapter  (Read by Max McLean. Give to Our God Immortal Praise

Give to Our God Immortal Praise
Text written by Isaac Watts (1674-1748)
Sung to DUNEDIN, composed by Vernon Griffiths (1894-1985)

Psalm 136:1 Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good. His love endures forever.

V. 1 Give to our God immortal praise;
Mercy and truth are all His ways:
Wonders of grace to God belong,
Repeat His mercies in your song.

Psalm 136:3 Give thanks to the Lord of lords: His love endures forever.

Revelation 19:6 Then I heard what sounded like a great multitude, like the roar of rushing waters and like loud peals of thunder, shouting: “Hallelujah!
For our Lord God Almighty reigns."

V. 2 Give to the Lord of lords renown,
The King of kings with glory crown:
His mercies ever shall endure
When lords and kings are known no more.

V. 3 He sent His Son with power to save
From guilt and darkness and the grave:
Wonders of grace to God belong,
Repeat His mercies in your song.

John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

V. 4 Thro' this vain world He guides our feet,
And leads us to His heav'nly seat:
His mercies ever shall endure,
When this vain world shall be no more.
